| 摘 要： | 分析和探讨了涤纶短纤维集束架的现状,针对常规集束环节的各种不合理性,提出改进初生纤维集束走向和增设喷淋上油部位的工艺设计,以期提高初生纤维承受的预张力和含油水率的均匀性。这对减少集束过程中纤维的毛丝、纠结和单丝破断,亦具有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The presents of the tow collecting frame of PET staple fibre werediscussed in this paper. It is put foward that the technological designs canbe improved by the trend of it and increase the spray oiling place in thecommon tow collecting-links. It is available that the homogeneities of the bearable pre-tension and oil pick up of the as-spun fibre will be increased.It has positive roles to decrease tow's lousiness, tangled and breaking ofsingle fibre in the process. |
