摘    要:为了动态地考虑不同时间段的负荷变动情况,配电网规划常常要分成几个阶段进行。为此将演化算法应用于多阶段配电网规划问题的求解,提出一种能够自动保证方案可行的染色体编码策略。这种编码策略使得演化算法只搜索可行解区域,避免了辐射性检查过程,提高了寻优速度。算例证明了算法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:In order to take into account the load changes betweendifferent years, the distribution planning should be done stage by stage. In this paper,evolutionary algorithm is applied to the multi-stage distribution-planning problem. Anovel chromosome coding strategy is proposed to ensure that all the randomly generatedchromosomes are feasible. This kind of coding strategy makes the searching processconfined to only feasible solutions. In addition, because of no need of radiallitychecking procedure, the evolution process is greatly improved. The example systemdemonstrates the effectivity and effeciency of the proposed method.
