| 摘 要： | 该仪表不但能测量微量气体的质量流量,而且具有电磁连续可调式调节阀和控制器,可以组成流量自动调节系统,既能方便迅速地实现对微小气体流量的精细调节,又能使流量不受压力、温度的影响而自动保持稳定。该仪表具有体积小、响应速度快、精度较高.控制平稳可靠、抗干扰能力强、操作方便等特点。因而可广泛应用于中小型试验装置上的流量测量和自动控制。

| Abstract: | A device for measuring mass flow of trace gases has been developed.It is equip-ped with a continually adjustable solenoid valve and its controller,both of whichare contained in an autocontrol system of flow.The unit can realize easy andprompt microadjustment of minute amounts of gases,and automatically keepthe flow stable without being affected by temperature and/or pressure.It featuresrapid response,higher accuracy,stable control,powerful anti-interference,smalldimension and easy operation.It is widely applicable to flow measurement andautocontrol in pilot plants. |
