| Abstract: | In view of the importance of contract to construction enterprises the issues be noticed for signing contract are analyzed,at the same time corresponding resolving methods are proposed in order to avoid contract leak and make base for signing rigorous construction contract.This paper can be use as references by construction enterprises for signing contract. |
