无汞碱性锌锰电池负极集流体的处理方法

摘    要:试验并分析了无汞碱性锌锰电池负极集流体的表面性能、含铁量和不同电镀层对锌膏析气量的影响;结合生产实际,讨论了负极集流体的选择与处理;阐述了采用清洗抛光的方法处理铜钉表面的工艺;试验和实践证明,选用清洗抛光工艺处理铜钉可满足无汞碱性锌锰电池生产的质量要求,生产成本较低。

Abstract:The effect of the surface performace, iron contents and the different electroplate layers of the negative current collector of the mercury free alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery on the zinc gel gassing volume was tested and analysed; Combined with the producing practise, discussed the selection and handling method of the negative current collector. The technology of handling the copper nail surface which accepted cleaning polishing method was expounded. It was proved by the experiment and practise that the copper nail accepted the cleaning polishing method can meet the quality demand for mercury free alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery producing and its cost is lower.
