摘    要:采用弹性体(Delene1175G)和无碱玻璃纤维(GF)对聚丙烯(PP)进行了复合改性研究,考察了Delene1175G和GF含量对PP性能的影响,用扫描电子显微镜进行了组织结构观察。实验结果表明:弹性体和经偶联剂处理的无碱玻璃纤维可大幅提高PP复合体系的机械性能;不用偶联剂处理的GF增强作用甚微。

Abstract:The compounding modification of polypropylene (PP) with Delene 1175G and alkali-free glass fiber was carried out,and the influences of dosage of Delene 1175G and alkali-free glass fiber on the properties of PP blends were explored. The morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The experimental results showed that Delene 1175G dispersed in the PP matrix could benefit the toughness greatly and the alkali-free GF treated with A-151 could benefit not only the tensile strength,flexural strength but also the impact strength.
