面向任务的机床产品CAD/CAE协同设计系统研究

摘    要:异地设计、制造、管理与协同工作是未来机床制造业发展的必然趋势。在机床产品的设计分析过程中,存在着CAD/CAE协同工作的情况。为了节省设计分析时间,必须考虑多用户多任务的设计需求。具体采用任务树型结构进行分级规划,建立协作任务模型,应用任务动态调度算法合理地安排CAD/CAE任务,并以某数控车床的设计为例,验证了所用理论和方法的有效性。

Abstract:Collaborative design, manufacturing and management are the inevitable trend of manufacturing development of the machine tool. In the designing and analyzing of the machine tool, there is a status of collaborate work for CAD/CAE. To save the designing and analyzing time, the design requirements of multi - users and multi - tasks must be considered. The task - tree structure is adapted to plan hierarchically, the model of collaborate tasks is established, and the dynamic task schedule method is used to arrange the CAD/CAE task in reason. Regarding the design of the numerical control lathe as an example, the validity of the involved theories and methods is verified.
