| 摘 要： | 通过对LF炉脱硫因素的分析探讨,提出了缩短渣料熔化时间、延长还原期,降低钢水及熔渣氧性,采取适当的熔渣碱度,良好的氩气搅拌,采取适当的温度及合理的钙处理方法,以提高LF炉脱硫率的快速脱硫工艺.

| Abstract: | According to analyse the fast desulphurizing process on LF, the purpose of the article is to enhance the desulphurizing rate on LF,with reducing the time of melting the dregs material,lengthening the time of reduction period,reducing the oxygenation of the molten steel and slag, suitable slag alkalinity, stiring well with the argon, adopting the suitable temperature and the reasonable craft of the calcium processing. |
