含铜难处理金精矿铜回收试验及工程化应用

摘    要:采用配料—焙烧—酸浸—氰化工艺从含铜难处理金精矿中综合回收有价金属,铜、金、银的浸出率分别为95.15%、98.18%、65.20%。在实验室研究基础上开发出的金精矿独特配料技术,使得铜浸出率大幅提高,工程化应用后综合经济效益明显提升。

Abstract:Valuable metals were recovered from copper bearing refractory gold concentrate by processes of batching, roasting, acid leaching, and cyaniding. The leaching rate of copper, gold, and silver is 95.15%, 98.18%, and 65.20% respectively. The special batching technology of gold concentrate based on laboratory investigation significantly improves copper leaching rate and comprehensive economic benefits of valuable elements after engineering application.
