| 摘 要： | 介绍了大直径超薄壁长筒体纵、环缝自动焊接装置的主要特点.在预应力钢筒混凝土管的自动焊接生产应用中表明:该自动焊接装置对壁厚δ=1.5mm,直径D=1400mm,筒身长L=5000mm的钢筒的焊接取得了良好的效果.

| Abstract: | The main feature of automatic welder of longitudinal and girth welds for large diameter and ultra thin wall pipe is introduced. Applied to welding of pre - stressed concrete steel pipe it shows that the good result is obtained for welding steel pipe with u=1.5mm, D = 1400mm, L, = 5000 mm. |
