| 摘 要： | 本文针对测区内已知控制点个数超过两个，而且不宜在高斯投影平面上布网时，提出一种新的坐标系统选择方法及起算数据归化到测区所选择的投影平面上所需计算公式的推导；并对此种方法的可行性给出结论。
