| 摘 要： | 在BSNFD05真空冷冻干燥设备上采用红外线温度传感器和铂电阻温度传感器，结合两种温度传感器的不同原理设计冻干机的温度监测系统，以草莓为原料进行冻干实验。研究表明，采用红外线温度传感器和铂电阻温度传感器，能够更及时、准确、全面地监测物料温度，从而优化加热程序，实现自动化操作。
