| 摘 要： | 道岔垫板在生产过程中其底板发生开裂。采用化学分析和金相检验等方法对底板开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明：在钢板中心存在夹杂物和组织偏析是导致底板开裂的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The base plates of turnout plates cracked in the manufacturing process.The cracked base plates were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination.The results showed that the inclusions was located at the center of steel plates and the structural segregation were the main reasons for the cracking. |
