| 摘 要： | 研究了PCVD复合渗镀高速钢刀具表面强化方法。复合渗镀层由（Ti，Si）N镀层和离子渗氮层组成。研究了Ti／Si对（Ti，Si）N系镀层的硬度、组织形貌、抗氧化性能和结合力的影响。切削试验结果表明，复合渗镀处理可显著改善高钢刀具切削性能，提高刀具寿命。 |

| Abstract: | A combined nitriding-coating surface strenghening technique is investigated in present paper. The hardened layer is formed by nitrided layer and (Ti,Si)N coating. The effects of Ti/Si ratio on the hardness,microstructure,oxidation resistance and adhesivity have been studied. The results from cutting practise show that the presented combined nitriding-coating technique can improve cutting behaviour and prolong service life of cutting tools markedly. |
