大型双梁桁架门式起重机钢结构设计与研究

摘    要:针对某160 t双梁桁架门式起重机,进行钢结构设计计算与研究分析.运用ANSYS软件建立三维实体模型,对起重机在工作过程中的6个最不利工况进行载荷分析,然后使用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元强度和刚度分析,得出各个工况的应力和位移云图.最后,对有限元分析结果验算评估,为改进双梁桁架门式起重机钢结构设计与研究分析提供了参考.

Abstract:Pertaining to a specific 160 t double-girder-truss crane, the steel structure is calculated and analyzed. Mterwards, a three-dimensional solid model is developed using ANSYSTM. Accordingly, the loading analysis is conducted on six toughest crane working conditions. Further studied, the finite - element strengths and rigidities, together with stress and strain contour diagrams,are obtained. At last, the analysis results are checked and evaluated to provide a reference for related steel structure design.
