摘    要:介绍了一种用于电力系统稳定性研究的新型发电机功角测量装置.本装置以DSP(TMS320F2400)为核心,不仅可以实现功角的实时显示,而且还可实现在线打印,并利用GPS高精度授时信号实现异地信息同步采集.阐明测量原理和实现方法,其结构简单,准确度较高.该方法将为建设基于全网相角测量的安全稳定监测与控制系统提供一项技术基础.

Abstract:A new device of measuring power-angle that is used in the study of power stability is introduced in this paper. Real time displaying, printing onl ine and sampling from remote place synchronously via GPS is realized. The measur ing principle and the way to realize are illustrated in this paper. The device d eveloped has simple structure and high preciseness. The method will provide a te chnical foundation for developing a safe and stable monitoring and control syste m based on the whole net phase angle measurement.
