| 摘 要： | 介绍宝钢2号高炉投产9年后，炉缸维护技术的进步。通过调整操业制度，稳定炉况顺行、完善钛矿护炉模式，强化出渣铁作业管理等，使炉缸工作稳定，炉缸长寿状态良好，一代炉龄完全可以超过1号高炉第1代炉龄。

| Abstract: | The progress of maintenance technology of No.2 BF hearth at Baosteel after the 9 years' operation is described in the paper.The condition of work and long campaign life of hearth is so steady that the campaign life can exceed that of No.1 BF by regulating operation system,stabilizing BF condition,perfecting mould of protecting BF by the addition of ilmenite in the burden,strengthening job management of cast house. |
