| 摘 要： | 探讨了煤矿安全经济损失和煤矿安全经济效益的内涵及其量化问题,指出我国对工伤死亡生命价值的估价偏低,从而造成对事故经济损失的估价偏低;分析了影响煤矿安全经济效益的主要因素,节约安全总投入、提高安全产出和建立工伤保险体系分散企业事故风险是提高煤矿安全经济效益的主要途径。

Inquiring into Countermeasures for Raising Safety and Economic Benefit of Coal Mines |

| Abstract: | This paper made an approach to the intention and quantitative problem of both economic loss and benefit of coal mine safety,pointed out that the evaluation of life value of industrial injury and death is on the low side in our country,which caused that the evaluation of the economic loss of an accident is also on the low side.The paper also analyzed the main factors which affect the safety and economic benefit of coal mines.The saving of the total safety input,the increase of safety output and the establishment of industrial injury assurance system to distribute the accident risk of enterprises are the main ways to raise safety and economic benefits of coal mines. |
