导电聚苯胺/羰基铁粉复合吸收效能的研究

摘    要:利用软磁金属粉末羰基铁粉的良好电磁吸收特性,加入不等量的导电聚苯胺,制备成导电聚苯胺/羰基铁粉复合材料。在1.8mm厚的涂层中,随导电聚苯胺含量的增加,其吸波效能得到显著改善。分析表明,导电聚苯胺/羰基铁粉有利于发展成为轻质、宽频、强吸收的优良吸波材料。

Conductive Polyaniline/Iron Carbonyl Powder Composite Material for Wave Absorbing Property
Abstract:The conductive polyaniline/iron carbonyl powder composite material was prepared based on the utility of the good electromagnetic wave absorbing property of soft magnetic metal powder-iron carbonyl powder and the addition of various amount of conductive polyaniline. For a dope of 1.8 mm, with the increase of the amount of conductive polyaniline, its wave absorbing property got significantly improved. The analysis demonstrates that conductive polyaniline/iron carbonyl powder, due to its composite wave absorbing property, is inclined to become an excellent wave absorbing material with light weight, wide frequency and strong wave absorption capability.
