| 摘 要： | 用Moldflow对手机壳体注射成型进行工艺参数优化,找出影响塑件翘曲变形的原因并提出改进措施。优化工艺参数后的分析结果与实际生产试模结果非常相近,可为模具设计提供理论依据,提高模具设计效率。

| Abstract: | Moldflow software was used to optimize the injection parameters for molding a mobile phone shell.The cause of warping and influencing factors were found and an actual improvement measure was put forward.The analysis results show great agreement with practical production data. |
