过硫钛石膏矿渣水泥的制备与性能表征

摘    要:分别采用原状钛石膏渣和其与42.5号普硅水泥复合作为矿渣的单一激发剂和复合激发剂,制备出系列过硫钛石膏矿渣水泥,并对其性能进行了系统表征。结果表明:(1)原状钛石膏渣单独激发矿渣所制备水泥的早期抗压强度较低,28 d抗压强度随着钛石膏渣量的增加而降低,钛石膏渣量高于35%后,试样软化系数趋于降低;(2)原状钛石膏渣和42.5号普硅水泥复合作为矿渣的激发剂,所制备水泥的早期抗压强度(3 d)显著提高,其中加入5%42.5号普硅水泥量试样的28 d抗压强度最高,之后抗压强度随其增加而降低,42.5号普硅水泥量超过10%后试样的抗压强度降幅趋缓;(3)原状钛石膏渣和42.5号普硅水泥复合激发矿渣水泥的水化硬化产物,主要由CSH(水化硅酸钙)凝胶、钙矾石及过剩的钛石膏共同构成。

Preparation and Characterization of Persulfur Titanium Gypsum Slag Cement
Abstract:Series specimens of persulfur titanium gypsum slag cement (PTGSC) were prepared using the untreated titanium gypsum (UTG) as the solo activator (SA) and using both the UTG and ordinary Portland cement (OPC) as the compound activator (CA) for the blast furnace slag powder, respectively. The properties of the resulting PTGSC specimens were characterized systematically. It was found that the resulting PTGSC specimens with SA had the lower early compressive strength of 3 d, and their 28 d compressive strength were decreased with the increase of the adding amount of UTG. Especially the softening coefifcient of the resulting PTGSC specimens began to decrease with the increase of adding amount of UTG after it being more than 35%. In the case of the resulting PTGSC specimens with CA, they had the promoted early strength compared with that of SA. Among them, the resulting PTGSC specimens of CA with OPC adding amount of 5% had the maximum value of 28 d compressive strength. After the adding amount of OPC being more than 10%, the 28 d compressive strength of the resulting specimens was decreased slightly with the increase of adding amount of OPC. In the hardened structure of PTGSC specimens with CA, its hydraulic products mainly comprised the CSH gel, the ettringite, and the excessive titanium gypsum.
