山东某长石选矿试验研究

摘    要:对某含Fe2O30.27%,SiO274.59%的长石进行选矿除铁试验研究,结果表明,采用脱泥-磁选-浮选工艺可以有效去铁除杂,K2O与Na2O由10.72%富集到11.71%,Fe2O3由0.27%降低到0.14%,精矿烧成白度59.27%,达到优级长石陶瓷原料的质量要求。

Mineral Processing Experiment on the Feldspar Ore in Shandong
Abstract:The beneifciation of feldspar ore containingFe2O3 0.27% and SiO2 74.59% was conducted. The results showed that the process of desliming-magnetic separation-flotation could be effective on removing impurities, such as Fe2O3. In addition, the content of K2O and Na2O was increased from 10.72% to 11.71%. Meanwhile, the content of Fe2O3 was decreased from 0.27% to 0.14%. The calcined whiteness of the ore concentrate was about 59.27%, which meet the requirements as the ceramic raw materials.
