摘 要: | 采用水热合成和低温煅烧二步法工艺,以工业氢氧化铝和氢氧化钙制备轻质六铝酸钙,研究了水热处理温度对六铝酸钙的生成及性能的影响。结果表明:前驱体中三水铝石转变为薄水铝石的温度为175℃,水热处理是轻质六铝酸钙材料生成的重要因素。在1450℃保温3 h,制备出体积密度为0.61 g/cm3,孔隙率为79.36%的轻质六铝酸钙材料。

The Light Weight Calcium Hexaluminate Preparation Research |

Abstract: | A new fabrication process (so called two-steps methods, e.g. autoclaved ifrstly, and then calcined) has been developed. Lightweight calcium hexaluminate (CA6) were synthesized by this new process using Ca(OH)2 and Al(OH)3 as raw materials in this paper. The temperature of the hydrothermal synthesis was investigated that affects the various performances of calcium hexaluminate. The results show that: hydrothermal treatment at 175℃, gibbsite translated into boehmite. Hydrothermal treatment is the most important factor for the growth of the light calcium hexaluminate. Light calcium hexaluminate can be synthesized after calcined at 1450℃ for 3 h, which achieves density of 0.61 g/cm3, porosity of 79.36%. |
