摘    要:以含方解石37.85%、P2O5品位为16.78%的磷灰石粗精矿为研究对象,粗精矿再磨后浓缩高温处理,从粗精矿磨矿细度、混合抑制剂用量、混合捕收剂用量、浮选温度来探索该矿石最适宜的浮选条件,最终得到精矿P2O5品位为33.85%,回收率为88.85%的一级品磷灰石精矿。

Study of High Temperature Thickened Slurry on a High-calcium Low-grade Siliceous Collophanite
Abstract:This paper used apatite rough concentrate containing 37.85% calcite and P2O5grade of 16.78% as the research object. Rough concentrate was reground, high temperature thickened, the most suitable lfotation conditions from four aspects, rough concentrate grinding ifneness, dosage of mixed inhibitors, dosage of mixed collector, the flotation temperature, finally obtained concentrate with the P2O5 grade of 33.85% and recovery of 88.85%, which was the ifrst class of apatite concentrate.
