摘    要:探究煤矸石混凝土在化学腐蚀条件下的力学特性,以不同pH值化学溶液浸泡过的试样为研究对象进行三轴压缩试验,通过浸泡过程中试样质量变化、溶液pH值变化及三轴压缩试验结果,分析不同pH值化学溶液对煤矸石混凝土力学特性的影响。结果表明:随着浸泡时间的增长,每种试样都有质量损失,而且溶液的pH值都稳定趋于碱性;围压大小与溶液pH值都是影响煤矸石混凝土力学特性的重要因素,在围压相同的情况下,随着溶液pH值的增大,试样三轴压缩试验的强度随之增加;在溶液pH值相同的情况下,随着围压的增大,试样三轴压缩试验的强度随之增加;并进一步分析了化学溶液对试样的腐蚀机理。

Coal Gangue Concrete Mechanics Performance Test under Chemical Corrosion
Abstract:Explore the mechanical properties of coal gangue concrete under the condition of chemical corrosion, chemical solutions with different pH value of soaked samples as the research object to carry on the triaxial compression test, through soaking in the process of sample quality changes, solution pH and triaxial compression test results for the analysis of different chemical solution pH effects on coal gangue concrete mechanical properties. Results show that along with the increase of immersion time, each sample has quality loss, and the pH of the solution is stable to alkaline; Confining pressure size and solution pH values are the important factors that affect coal gangue concrete mechanical properties, under the same conifning pressure, with the increase of solution pH value, the strength of the sample of triaxial compression test also will increase, in solution pH value of the same circumstances, with the increase of conifning pressure, the strength of the sample of triaxial compression test also will increase; And further analyses the corrosion mechanism of the chemical solution for sample.
