摘    要:探究了不同固定相色谱柱、不同柱长色谱柱对23种VOCs化合物分离效果的影响,并优化程序升温梯度,使所有物质达到基线分离。建立了气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法测定水性建筑涂料中23种挥发性有机化合物的方法。涂料样品经乙腈涡旋萃取、高速离心后,取一定体积进气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,以保留时间及碎片离子相对丰度比定性,外标法定量。结果表明:在1~50 mg/L浓度范围内,23种化合物的线性相关系数均大于0.99,方法线性关系良好,检出限为1~5 mg/L,分离度在0.71~26.39之间。使用本方法对市售的水性建筑涂料进行检测,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The effects of different types of capillary columns and different column lengths on the separation performance of 23 VOCs were explored. In addition, the temperature gradient was optimized and finally all the substances were separated from the baseline. A method for the determination of 23 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in waterborne architectural coatings by gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry was presented. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, centrifuged at high speed, and then a certain volume was taken into the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer for detection. The chromatographic peaks were characterized by retention time and relative abundance of fragment ions, quantitated by external standard method. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 23 compounds were more than 0.99 in the concentration range of 1-50 mg/L, and the linear relationship was good with the detection limit of 1-5 mg/L and the resolution of 0.71-26.39. Some waterborne architectural coatings available in the market were tested using this method and the results were satisfactory.
