摘    要:建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术迅速发展,已受到国内外学者和建筑业界的广泛关注。全面了解BIM领域的研究进展,对科研人员、企业部门开展相关工作有着重要的参考价值。以Web of Science(WOS)数据库及中国知网(CNKI)数据库作为数据来源,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,利用可视化工具--Citespace III软件,梳理2008~2016年间发表的国内外BIM文献,绘制科学知识图谱,并分别从研究热点、知识基础及演进趋势三个方面进行对比分析。结果表明,国际和国内BIM领域的研究热点各有侧重,与互联网、大数据及云计算等信息技术相结合的集成应用将成为新的研究方向。

Abstract:The rapid development of BIM has greatly attracted many scholars and the construction industry at home and abroad. Investigation on the advances of BIM comprehensively may help to improve the understanding ofrelevant researchers and enterprise departments. With the Web of Science (WOS) database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database taken as data sources, the literatures of BIM published during 2008~2016 were collected and surveyed by using the combination method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and the visualization software Citespace III.  Mapping knowledge domains were drawn and comparatively analyzed from three aspects, namely, research focus, knowledge base and evolution trend. The results show that the researches at home and abroad have different focuses. The integrated application of BIM and information technology, such as internet, big data and cloud computing, is going to be the new research direction.
