纳米PANI-DBSA/EA/PU互穿网络导电膜的制备及其性能

摘    要:用原位乳液聚合法在环氧丙烯酸树脂(EA)中合成了十二烷基苯磺酸掺杂的纳米聚苯胺(PNAI-DBSA),纳米PNAI-DBSA/EA混合物与蓖麻油聚氨酯(PU)预聚体、交联剂(苯乙烯、丙烯腈)等混合后,在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的作用下形成了纳米PANI-DBSA/EA/PU互穿网络导电复合膜。通过测定电导率和拉伸强度,研究了PANI-DBSA含量、交联剂及偶联剂的种类和用量以及BPO用量对复合膜导电和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在PANI-DBSA含量为12.5%、苯乙烯含量为60%、KH-550用量为3%、BPO用量为0.4%时,复合膜的电导率达2×10 -5 S/m,拉伸强度为15.8 MPa。

Abstract:The PANI-DBSA is synthesized by doped reaction of aniline and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) in epoxy acrylic resin by in-situ emulsion polymerization. PANI-DBSA/EA polymer blends had been mixed with castor oil polyurethane (PU) prepolymer, crosslinking agent (e.g., styrene and acrylonitrile) at the presence of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator to form the conductive nano-PANI-DBSA/EA/PU interpenetrating networks composite film. By determining the conductivity and tensile strength, the influence of PANI-DBSA content, crosslinking agent, coupling agent and the type and amount of BPO concentration on the conductivity and mechanical properties of the composite film had been studied. The results showed that the composite film exhibited its electrical conductivity up to 2×10 -5 S/m and tensile strength 15.8 MPa when it comprised PANI-DBSA 12.5%, KH-550 3%、BPO 0.4% and styrene 60%.
