光固化纳米杂化氟硅树脂的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(G02)、十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷(F17-TMS)、光引发剂11732-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮(1173)、长链烷基改性纳米SiO2(C8H17-SiO2)为原料,在紫外光的照射下制备了一种纳米杂化防水涂层。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射扫面电镜(SEM),接触角测量仪和热重分析仪(TGA)等对产物结构、性能进行了测试。结果表明:改性纳米SiO2可以在光固化涂层中较均匀分散,加入改性纳米SiO2可以明显改善涂层的疏水性、硬度、耐冲击性、耐水性,但对涂层热稳定性影响不大。

Abstract:A nano hybrid waterproof coating has been prepared under UV radiation by using polyurethane acrylate, 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), pentaerythritol triacryl(PETA), hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, heptadeca fluoro decyl trimethoxysilane (F17-TMS), photoinitiator 1173 (2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone) and long chain alkyl modified nano silica (C8H17-SiO2) as the raw materials. The structure and properties of the product are tested by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), field emission scanning electron microscopy, contact angle measurement and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that the modified nano silica can be uniformly dispersed in the photo-curable coating, and the addition of modified nano silica can significantly improve the hydrophobicity, hardness, impact resistance, water resistance,whereas, has little effect on the thermal stability of the coating.
