摘    要:本文在采用化学置换法制备铜银双金属粉的基础上,在制备过程中添加离子掩蔽剂,以最大程度地消除铜氨络合离子在铜粉表面的吸附,实现银在铜粉表面的连续包覆。同时分析了掩蔽原理及包摩尔比、覆量、温度对双金属粉导电性能的影响。实验结果表明:离子掩蔽剂法制备的铜银双金属粉末具备了优良的抗氧化性能,其主要影响因素为包覆量及摩尔比。

Abstract:Based on using chemical replacement for copper silver metal powder , adding masking agent to maximize the effect of eliminating copper ammonia complex metric ions adsorption on copper powder surface that will realize silver continuous coating on the copper powder surfaces. Analyses the principle of masking and the influencing of mole ratio, coating, and temperature to the conductivity of bimetallic powder. Experimental results show that after adding the ionic masking agent, effectively improve the copper powder antioxidant properties, and the main influence factors is the coated and mole ratio.
