气相法铬系聚乙烯催化剂QCP-01的评价

摘    要:从聚合温度、压力对催化剂活性和聚合产物性能的影响,以及催化剂的氢调、共聚性能、聚合动力学等几个方面对负载型含铬催化剂QCP01 进行了气相法聚合小试评价,结果表明:催化剂活性随着聚合温度、压力、共聚单体( 一定范围) 的增加而增加,聚合产物熔体指数随聚合温度、压力、氢气、共聚单体的增加而增加。

Abstract:s The evaluation of chromium based PE catalyst QCP 01 by gas phase process was made.The effects of reaction temperature and pressure on the catalyst activity and PE property,as well as the effects of H 2 content,copolymerization and polymerization kinetic characteristics on the catalyst,were studied.The results showed the catalyst activity increased with the increase of temperature,pressure and copolymer content,and the melt index of PE increased with the increase of reaction temperature,pressure,H 2 and copolymer contents.
