二极管的变阻与变容特性在手机中的应用

摘    要:二极管的基本特性是单向导电,在导通与截止的过程中其表现的阻值随外加电压的变化而变化;同时二极管也呈现出一定的电容特性,其表现的容量大小亦是随外加电压的变化而变化。因而他是一种非线性器件,这种特性在现代通信工具——手机的保护、接收、发射等电路中得到充分的利用。

Abstract:The basic character of the diode is unilateral conduction.In the process of conducting and cutting off,the hinder value chages with the chage of applied voltage.At the same time,the diode also show the character of capasitance,the capasitance also change with the change of applied voltage.So it is a kind of nonlineary component.This character is fully utilized in the protection,acception and launching of the modern communication tool-cell phone.
