旋转喷雾干燥烟气脱硫技术在烧结机上的应用

鞍钢西区两台328㎡烧结机，系统处理烟气量为1980000m3/h，采用旋转喷雾干燥烟气脱硫工艺进行全烟气脱硫。脱硫系统主体设备包括：脱硫塔、浆液系统、布袋除尘器、增压风机、给排水泵、高低压配电柜、自动控制系统等。系统运行后SO₂排放≤100mg/m3，脱硫效率≥90%，粉尘排放≤30mg/m3完全满足国家环保要求。
