太钢减荷烧结技术试验研究

摘    要:针对700 mm以上的高料层烧结过程中,出现烧结过程料层透气性恶化的问题,在太钢技术中心进行了采 用支撑板改善烧结过程料层透气性的烧结杯试验研究,试验结果表明:采用350 mm高度支架支撑作用效果最好, 料层收缩显著降低,利用系数提高了15.2%,转鼓强度保持原有水平,烧结矿冶金性能改善。

Abstract:Aimed to bad permeability in sintering process while the bed of material is above 700 mm,a new technology-supporting sintering process was presented in this paper.The influence of stand-support and its height on technico-economic-indices were also studied under laboratory condition.The results showed that applying 350 mm stand-support was best;the bed shrinkage was decreased obviously;the productivity increased by maximum 15.2% and the drum index retained former level.The metallurgical properties of sinter ...
