工艺过程数据集成与追溯管理在济钢炼钢厂的实现

建立完善的工艺过程数据集成与追溯系统，实现工艺过程数据的分析和投入产出数据自动运算，是钢铁企业提高产品质量和提高工作效率、控制成本的重要前提和基础。济钢炼钢厂通过该系统的实施，实现了按炉号为主线，钢铁料、散状料、合金料生产信息的采集功能，并实时计算各种条件下的钢铁料消耗、合金料消耗等大量数字信息。为调度指挥生产提供方便的同时，更为准确计算炼炼钢成本、工艺操作的规范化和管理提升提供科学的依据。
