煤气中HCl对高炉原燃料冶金性能的影响

摘    要:随着高炉喷吹煤比的提高,高炉煤气中存在HCl气体是必须面对的现实。煤气中HCl含量的增加,可以 降低焦炭的反应性并改善焦炭的反应后强度,抑制铁矿石的还原过程并改善烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能,但对球 团矿的还原膨胀性能却有不利的影响。

Abstract:It should be up against that there is HCl gas in the blast furnace gas with the increase of pulverized coal injection into blast furnace.The increase of HCl content in the gas can reduce the reactivity of coke and increase the strength of the coke after reaction;it can restrain the reduction process of iron ore and improve the low temperature reduction degradation property of sinter and increase the reduction expansion of pellet.
