| 摘 要： | 分析炼油行业现有热油泵用普通波纹管接触式机械密封结构形式及存在的主要问题,研究开发出一种新型密封系统。工业应用结果表明:新型机械密封技术具有零泄漏、安全可靠、使用寿命长、封油消耗量少以及运行维护费用低等优点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the structural style and primal problems of conventional sylphon contacted mechanical seal used in hot oil pump in current refining industry.A new type mechanical seal was developed.Industrial applications indicate that the new mechanical seal technology has the advantages of zero leakage of sealing medium,long service life,small airproof oil consumption as well as low operating and maintenance cost,etc. |
