釜式重沸器锥壳上开设人孔分析

摘    要:对釜式重沸器斜锥壳上开设人孔的结构建立了简化力学模型,并进行了有限元计算,发现该结构的最大应力强度点发生在斜锥壳开孔与接管的连接区,且位于斜锥壳具有最大倾斜角的经线上靠近大端筒体侧的接管内壁。对几组人孔的分析计算及应力强度评定结果表明,该结构人孔接管及斜锥壳壁厚需要有一定的裕度才能满足强度要求。此类结构可行,建议进行详细的应力分析以保证结构的安全性。

Analysis of manholes on the slant conical shell of fixed tube-sheet reboiler
Abstract:The structure of slant conical shell with manhole in fixed tube-sheet reboiler was simplified for stress analysis with finite element method.It is found that the maximum stress occurs at the connecting zone of manhole nozzle to the slant conical shell,and locates at the inner surface of nozzle at the connecting point with the upper part of the shell at the cross section of meridian with maximum slant angle.Stress analysis and evaluation of several groups of manholes reveals that more thicknesses of the manhole nozzle and the slant conical shell are needed for the strength of this kind of structure.So,it is feasible but in need of stress analysis for assurance.
