TCSC低频振荡阻尼控制器设计研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于测试信号法的TCSC功率振荡阻尼(POD)控制器的设计方法,避免了计算量庞大的状态矩阵特征值计算。该方法由3步组成:第1步,利用测试信号法辨识出电力系统的区域间振荡模式和设计POD控制器所需要的信息;第2步,比较不同输入信号的留数比来选择POD控制器的各个备选输入信号;第3步,用补偿留数相位的方法对POD控制器参数进行整定。通过比较POD控制器安装前后低频振荡阻尼比的变化和时域仿真说明了该设计方法的有效性,且适用于大规模电力系统。

Abstract:A new test signal method based approach to design power oscillation damping (POD) controller for TCSC is proposed, by which the bulky eigenvalue calculation of state matrix can be avoided. This approach consists of three steps: firstly, the inter-area oscillation modes of power system and the parameters which are necessary in POD controller design are identified by test signal method; secondly, the alternative input signals of POD controller are selected by comparing the residue ratios of different input signals; and thirdly, the parameters of POD controller are set by compensating the phase angle of residue. Both the comparison results of the low frequency oscillation damping ratios before and after the POD controller is installed and the time-domain simulation results show that the proposed approach is effective and is suitable to large scale power systems.
