高温超导磁通传感器技术研究

摘    要:基于超导体的约瑟夫森效应设计一种新型的磁通传感器,以高温超导量子干涉仪制作,再配合相应的输入线圈、滤波电路、振荡电路和辅助电路实现.其利用LC谐振电路把超导环和室温电路紧密耦合,同时采用杜瓦罐作为制冷装置,把超导磁通变换器接入系统中,以保证不影响磁通灵敏度前提下,提高磁场灵敏度.

Abstract:A new kind of magnetic flux sensor is designed superconductor, the major components of a magnetic flux sensor corresponding apparatus, such as input coil, filtering circuit, loop and room temperature circuits are coupled closely by based on the Josephson effect of high temperature are superconducting quantum interference device and oscillating circuit and ancillary circuit. The superconducting using LC oscillating circuit. Adopt Dewar as refrigerating equipment, which connects the superconducting magnetic flux convertor with the system. The magnetic field sensitivity of the system can be improved, with no affection on the magnetic flux sensitivity.
