| 摘 要： | 根据钢中非金属夹杂物的来源和分类,综述了鉴定钢中非金属夹杂物的方法和定量评级标准,并且给出了典型夹杂物的扫描电镜照片,分析了不同类型夹杂物的形成机理及其在光学显微镜下的基本特征.

| Abstract: | The nonmetallic inclusions existed in steels are unavoidable during steelmaking,which have significant influence on steel properties.Based on the origin and classification of the nonmetallic inclusions,the inspection methods and quantitative gradation standards were summarized for the nonmetallic inclusions in steels,and the formation mechanism and metallographic characteristics of different type of inclusions were analyzed.SEM pictures of some typical inclusions were also shown. |
