摘    要:在碳化法生产拟薄水铝石过程中,提出采用水平真空带式过滤机代替厢式压滤机洗涤拟薄水铝石、循环再利用洗液及改进降温过程的工艺流程来降低新水消耗,达到了较好的节水效果。

Abstract:This paper shows that in carbonization method for processing pseudo-boehmite, chamber filter press is replaced by horizontal vacuum band filter to wash pseudo-boehmite, spent washing water is recycled and reused, with improvement of cooling down process to reduce fresh water consumption, and efficient result in saving fresh water is finally achieved.
