导电聚合物PEDT对固体钽电解电容器性能的影响

摘    要:采用具有高导电率(1~500 S/cm)、热稳定性好的导电聚合物 PEDT(聚 3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)取代 MnO)_2,在固体钽电解电容器芯子上制作 PEDT 阴极层。主要研究了化学聚合条件对电容器性能的影响,结果显示聚合温度对电容器的损耗有一定的影响;氧化剂与单体的体积比保持在 3~6 范围内有利于降低 Res值,达到 0.02~0.08 Ω,并改善了钽电容器的频率特性。

Abstract:A high conductivity (1~500 S/cm) and well thermal stability conductive poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDT) was used as cathode material of tantalum electrolytic capacitors. The influence of chemical polymerization conditions on the capacitors was studied. The results show that the properties would be deteriorated with the increase of polymerized temperature. The Res was depressed to 0.02~0.08 ? if the ratio of oxidizing and EDT agent was kept between 3~6, meanwhile, the frequency performance was improved.
