| 摘 要： | 印制电路板的设计者为了波峰焊和浸焊后安装元器件方便,常常在印制板的焊盘上开槽。本文介绍了聚四氟乙烯阻焊栓的应用,可以免去焊盘开槽。该技术的应用达到了国外先进水平。

| Abstract: | The designers of Printed-circuit board usually make slots on the soldering plotes for mounting related components after waving soldering and immersed-soldering. This paper illustrates some super materials and their appllication without the need of any stotting procedures. The technique is up to the same advanced level as in the world. |
