超细空心微珠填充聚氯乙烯复合材料的研究

摘    要:选用三种不同粒径(2μm、3.8μm和11μm)的空心微珠制备了聚氯乙烯/空心微珠(PVC/GB)复合材料。研究了GB的粒径、表面处理剂及其用量对复合材料力学性能、介电性能和阻燃性等的影响,并与PVC/超细CaCO3复合材料的性能进行了对比。结果表明,经硅烷偶联剂处理的GB与PVC基体之间存在良好的界面粘附作用;在体积分数0~11%范围内,粒径为3.8μm的GB能同时提高PVC复合材料的力学性能、介电性能和阻燃性能,且GB改性效果明显优于超细CaCO3填充体系。该复合材料能作为轻质、高强度和阻燃的电缆护套材料使用。

Abstract:Poly (vinyl chloride)/hollow cenosphere ( PVC/GB ) composites were prepared using three kinds of hollow cenospheres with different particle diameters. The effects of particle size, surface treatment and GB contents on the mechanical properties, dielectric properties and flame retardance of the resultant composites have been investigated. Meanwhile, the super-fine calcium carbonate was also used to for comparison with the hollow cenospheres. It was found that the hollow cenospheres treated by silane coupling agent can interact well with PVC matrix, the hollow cenosphere of 3. 8 um in size can improve the mechanical properties, dielectric properties and flame retardancy of PVC within 0 ~ 11% content. Furthermore, the hollow cenosphere is better than super-fine calcium carbonate in the modification of PVC. The PVC/hollow cenosphere composites can be used as sheathing wire with lightweight, high strength and flame retardancy.
