超高速剪切式均质机转子系统非线性动力学数值的仿真分析

摘    要:针对剪切式均质机转子系统建立其动力学模型,并对模型加以无量纲化和必要的简化,用于数值仿真。对建立的动力学模型,编写相应的庞卡莱图,轴心轨迹图,相位图,波形图,频谱图的作图分析程序。通过该程序分析其运算所得数据和图形,得出影响转子系统稳定性的因素和在超高转速下提高均质机转子的稳定性方法。

Abstract:We build the dynamics model of the rotor system of shear homogenizer. We quantify and simplify the model in order to simulate, we write the poincare maps, axes contrails, phase plane portraits, times-history and amplitude spectrum program. Then we use the conclusion of the program to analyze the important factors that effect the system's stability, especially the method of increasing the stability of shear homogenizer rotor.
