LY12铝合金微弧氧化后疲劳特性研究

摘    要:微弧氧化是一种新兴的表面改性技术,利用810Material Test System疲劳试验机,对LY12-CZ铝合金微弧氧化后疲劳特性进行了研究。结果表明:疲劳特性随着膜厚的增加先提高后降低,膜厚有一极限值;与阳极氧化相比,膜厚为15μm,20μm试件的平均循环次数分别提高19.8%和24.4%,膜厚为25μm试件的平均循环次数降低14.6%;膜层较薄时疲劳断裂后断口膜层与基体结合紧密,膜层较厚时疲劳断裂后断口膜层部分脱落。

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation technique is the newly arisen surface processing technique. Using 810 Material Test System, the fatigue property of ceramic coatings on LY12-CZ aluminum matrix material surface was investigated. The results show that fatigue property is increased at first and then reduced with the increasing of the thickness of ceramic coatings, which has a limit point. The average cycle index respectively enhanced 19.8% and 24.4% for 15 m and 20 m Ceramic Coatings, and reduced 14.6% for 25 m compared with anode oxidation. The Ceramic Coatings which are thinner combine firmly with aluminum matrix surface while fall off partly when they are thicker.
