| 摘 要： | 石嘴山发电厂1、2、3号汽轮机组的机械式危急遮断系统在调试、运行过程中出现撞击子飞出信号提前发出，危急遮断滑阀松动脱落，飞锤破碎引发机组跳闸等故障。文章分析了机组保留机械危急遮断系统所带来的安全隐患，给出了在机械和电气危急遮断系统并存的机组中如何处理机械危急遮断系统的两个方案，目的是最大限度的简化机组系统以及保证机组的安全稳定运行。
