| 摘 要： | 根据宜昌磷矿的性质，采用正-反浮选工艺处理胶磷矿，在正浮选中未添加碳酸钠和碳酸盐矿物抑制剂且采用常温浮选工艺，反浮选中，高效抑制剂W-98作为磷酸盐矿物的抑制剂，来抑制磷矿物而浮白云石等脉石，从原矿P2O5品位为22．33％，MgO为6．19％中，获得磷精矿品位31．23％，MgO0．78％，回收率86．96％的正-反浮选指标，研究表明，此工艺合理，产品质量较好。

| Abstract: | According to property of Yingchang phosphorus ore, the process does not need to add sodium carbonate and carbonate depressor in direct flotation under ambient temperature,and to add W-98 in negative flotation. The concentrate of P2O531.23% MGO0.78% had been obtained from phosphate ore containing P20522.33%, MGO6.19%. A recovery 86.96% had been gained. |
