短钢丝纤维复合车辆轮胎胎面的性能影响及强化机理研究

摘    要:以短钢丝纤维作为补强体,通过短钢丝纤维表面镀铜-镀锌处理,设计了短钢丝纤维补强轮胎胎面的配方体系、共混及制备工艺。试验结果表明,当5 mm短钢丝纤维的质量分数在0.10左右时,其补强效果较为理想。构建了短钢丝纤维4种分散情况下的胎面胶复合强化模型,并在此基础上分析了短钢丝纤维与胎面胶的复合强化机理,有效实现了短钢丝纤维与胎面胶的粘合,复合体综合性能表现良好.

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-impale performance and indestructible performance of vehicle tire, formula system, blending and preparation proces of short steel fiber reinforced vehicle tire tread were designed using the coating method, through the short steel fiber surface copper-zinc plating treatment. Effect law on the performance about short steel fiber composite tread rubber was analyzed, results shows that the content of steel fiber when in about 10%, the enhancement effect is more ideal. The tread rubber compound reinforcement model was constructed in the short steel fiber of four kinds of distributed circumstances, composite strengthening mechanism of short steel fiber and tread rubber was analyzed from two aspects of physical processes and chemical processes on this basis, adhesive of short steel fiber and tire treadrubber is implemented effectively, the comprehensive performance of complex performance is good.
